Cooking has always been a passion of mine since I was young. However, it wasn’t until my early 20s when I decided to go back to school to become a professional cook. Throughout the years, I have worked professionally in various casual and fine dining restaurants in Vancouver, Vancouver Island, and Seoul, South Korea where I gained experience in working with French, Italian, and Japanese cuisines.
I first started my YouTube channel to show the process of making food I personally love during the pandemic times since I had extra time on my hands.
In my videos, I create fine dining plates as well as make Italian pasta and Japanese ramen from scratch. Sometimes you might also catch me making foods that remind me of home, such as Korean jjigaes.
